　　May 1997, 5 top leaders in broadcasting and television industry in Beijing leagued together and Guanhua Group Corporation came into existence.
　　Through the joint-stock system reform, Guanhua Co. grew out of Guanhua Technology Branch Company of China International Television Corporation, a subordination of CCTV, in June 1998. For the purpose of promoting the growth and development of the company, GHG adopted the joint-stock system as its new operating mechanism and the collectivized corporation as its management mode, which has laid a solid foundation for achieving new goals and for reaching a new stage.
　　Up to the present, GHG has become a multi-businesses and large-scale professional company. Providing A/V system and Internet design, installation and staff training; audio/video equipment maintenance; professional systems maintenance; act as an agent of the overseas manufacturer; sale of the professional broadcasting and television materials, as well as the audio/video equipment; multi-track music recording; TV programs prophase shooting and post-production services; advertisement film mastermind, design and production; 3D effect design and production; 2-D design and production; lease services of TV camera and VTR; etc.
　　To keep up with the flying developing technology in broadcasting and television industry, and to introduce the state-of-the-art technology and equipment as well as the development trend to the domestic customers, GHG was proud to be the leader in the industry in China to step forward of the gate of the country. Confront directly with the foreign manufacturer, GHG gained, in two years, the authorities from over 30 global-known brands to be the executive agent or deputy dealer in China.
　　GHG's customer group includes all the units in professional video/audio field, such as broadcasting station, TV station, recording company, film plant and post-production studio, the mastering and printing plant, and some social and educative tele-departments are also included.

The subordinate maintenance center provides the strong after-sales services and technical support to the products for sales department or systems engineering department. Moreover, this maintenance center opens to the customers and provides the maintenance services for some A/V specialized and correlative equipment.
