Background
May 1997, Guanhua Group Corporation (Guanhua Group) came into existence. In 2004, Guanhua Group merged Cyber Solution Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cyber)who is professional at developing Media Resource Management. In 2005, through the joint-stock reformation, Guanhua Group was formally re-named as Guanhua Glory AV System Integration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GHG). In May, 2005, the Research and Development Department separated from GHG and become its sub-investment company by the name of Guanhua Cyber Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GH Cyber) . In July 2007, Sony (China) Ltd. bought the share and GHG evolved to a Foreign-invested enterprise from a private enterprise. Registered Capital is RMB Seventy Two Million Four Hundred Thousand in total. For the purpose of developing more business and better serving our customers , we established a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong by the end of 2007 Guan Hua Glory AV System Integration Co., (Hong K) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GHG HK).

As a high-tech services company, it provides strong support and supplement to GHG’s business. Pooling talents of R&D and service focusing on digital AV technology and network technology, Cyber also has a professional management team with rich-experience in the field of broadcasting and multimedia. Cyber can provide not only the digital network AV technology’s application and services to our customers in broadcasting, television and multimedia, but also customized system consultant and design, system application software development, system installation and testing, and after-sale services according to clients’ requirements. Furthermore, distribution of network AV equipments and network system increasingly becomes huge source of income. Form the beginning, Cyber oriented its main business in high-tech service and support, thus Cyber acquires the Equipment Inspection, Maintenance and Reparation Certificate from the manufacturers internationally such as Sony, Canon, Fujinon and Miller.under whose authorization set up the professional service centre. Moreover, since 2002, Cyber has cooperated with Sony China opening 3 digital workshops for franchise selling SONY consumer digital products and providing after-sale services.

Holding Subsidiary - Guanhua Cyber Solutions Co., Ltd.
GH Cyber’s forerunner was the R&D department of GHG. It has Independent Intellectual Property Rights of hardware and software products for broadcasting, IT and telecommunication. Business focus on the development and sales of the core equipments related to Passenger Information System (PIS) which provides conduction and information service in domestic city track traffic and high speed railway express/ train station, high-level buildings, etc. Being the leading manufacturer of PIS integration design and implementation, GH Cyber also dedicates in developing and selling the broadcasting AV equipments of its own intellectual property rights and plans actively to introduce itself into the market of subway Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) System and ticket liquidation centre system. In the application field of PIS, GH Cyber has taken 80% market share in subway PIS. And it is actively expanding to more fields such as high speed railway express/ train station, high-level buildings and ports. GH Cyber aims to take the absolute leading place in PIS application, and to keep the steady growth of the broadcasting AV HD series products, as well as to gather private financing or public listing to achieve the ultimate of maximizing the benefit of the investors and At present, the domestic companies in subway AFC and ticket liquidation centre system market are still in their infancy and are not competitive. Depending on the good reputation and public praise in subway field, GH Cyber was invited by the customers to develop the AFC products and entered the market by introducing, digesting and absorbing the advanced technology from foreign countries. This product will become one of the driving forces to keep the company’s rapid development in the future.

In order to adapt to the evolving needs of business development, GHG invested and set up its wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong which concentrates on committed to the R&D of Independent Intellectual Property Rights technologies and products, and the development in Media Assets Management. The main purposes of setting up GHG HK are to keep up with the rapid development of digital and networking technology in broadcasting and television industry; and to prepare itself well at technology aspect to step into the coming stage of digital High-definition television time. With the investment in Hong Kong, GHG will be audio and video technology professionals in the field will achieve substantial results in the hands of both domestic and international leading technology.
